How do I apply?

You must then complete the short preliminary application form on this page (CLICK HERE). A 1st4 broker who specialist in remortgages will contact you with further details. 

Details about your income such as bank statements, payslips, a P60 form, mortgage statements and proof of identity will be required in the later stages.

Any fees are required (if any) to arrange your remortgage will be clearly stated when your are offered a loan facility.

How long does it take?

It should take about a month to complete the remortgage.
